Email Editor: Block Libraries

This example showcases how you can provide block libraries to your users. There will be two block libraries in the editor.

The first one will contain all of the blocks of the loaded email, and it is forbidden to save blocs to that block library. The second one (Favorite blocks) will be initially empty, but you will be able to save blocks into it.
